Kickboxing & Strength Training

Students learn basic kickboxing and strength training. No matter the fitness levels nor ability - this is the time for participants to discover what they can do. Fire up basically every muscle from head to toe, working on strength, coordination – not to mention endurance. Plus, unleash some energy on a heavy bag – what a great way to unwind after a stressful day!
