Italian Cuisine Made Easy

Chef Rick Stanton, Culinary Instructor at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center, shares his Italian heritage through his love of cooking. Each class features a four-course meal with everything made from scratch. Learn the art of making noodles and bread, meal planning, Italian candies and desserts, and much more. Each session is hands-on so students can take home the skills and recipes to please any Italian loving crowd.
