Italian Cuisine Made Easy

Chef Rick Stanton, Culinary Instructor at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center, shares his Italian heritage through his love of cooking. Each class features a four course meal with everything made from scratch. Learn the art of making noodles and bread, meal planning, Italian candies and desserts, and much more. Each session is hands on so students can take home the skills and recipes to please any Italian loving crowd.
